1. WEEKLY FOCUS CALLS — TO STAY ON TRACK AND ENJOY PROGRESS
Short, focused calls each week to set goals, review progress, work through obstacles, and get questions answered. This prevents you from getting stuck and falling off the wagon.
2. PERSONAL NUTRITION COACHING — BECAUSE EVERYONE’S SITUATION IS DIFFERENT
It has to fit YOUR LIFE. We’ll do the math, get a picture of your macros and calories, pantry and snack ideas, and eating-out approach. A clear plan that reduces confusion, and guesswork.
3. EXERCISE PROGRAMS — PRACTICAL WORKOUTS FOR LIFE-LONG RESILIENCE
We will start small, doable, and smart — then grow over time. The basis is three 45–60 minute strength sessions per week. These build strength, mobility, and confidence so that day-to-day you’re ready to take on the world.

The second four weeks build upon the first four, helping you hike up to the next peak of success.
